How to add an "ORDER" link to your website
Bottle allows you to embed a form on your website so that your customers can easily enter in their phone number. This allows you to easily gather potential customer's phone numbers which then widens your customer base. You can also add this link to your Instagram bio or anywhere on the web. Once your customers enter their phone number, they will be added to your contact list.
Once you've finished here, you will need to create a rule that automatically sends that order link. Please refer to this article to do that.
**It's important to note that some website hosts will require to you be on a paid plan in order to paste unique coding to your website.
How to add an "ORDER" link to your website:
- From your Dashboard, click the 'Stores' tab.
- Next you will find the store you'd like to create the order link for and click 'Overview'.
- Now at the top of the page, you will see 'Signup Forms'. Click there.
- You'll then click '+ Add Another Signup For'.
- Now, you're on the signup form creation page. From here you will fill in the boxes with the correct information:
> Header Title: This is typically your business name, but it can also be a different title for the header if you'd like.
> Info Text: Here is where you can share with your customers what they are signing up for.
> Button Text: This is the button that your customers will click to send you their phone number.
> SMS Action Text: This is what your customers will text in to you if they would rather text in versus entering their phone number.
> On-Screen Confirmation Message: This is the message your customers will see after submitting their phone number. - Hit save here. Now you will need to create a rule that automatically sends an order to your customers. Read how to do that here.
- Once you've saved the settings here, you will then copy and paste the generated code to your website.
