How To Send A Message To Customers Automatically If They Text You
If you'd like to send a text message to customers every time after they text in, you can do this by using the "Rules" function.
- From your "Rules" section, find the first section of Rules called 'Inbound Message Rules' and click the blue button 'New Inbound Message Rule'
- You will immediately click the blue box on the side that says "Thens" and then click 'Send Message'. From here, you will type in the message you'd like to send and then click 'Save'.
