How To Be Alerted When A Customer Cancels Their Subscription
If you'd like to be alerted of when a customer cancels their subscription, you can do this setting up a rule. Read on to learn how to setup this rule.
How to receive any alert when a customer cancels their subscription:
- From your Rules tab, you'll find the blue box that says 'New Cancelled Subscription Rule' and click on it.
- From where it says 'Thens' and has a drop down button, click there and select 'Thens'.
- Next, click 'Send message to somebody else'.
- You will now be able to enter in the message you'd like to receive when a customer cancels their subscription and the phone number that you'd like this message to go to. Then, click save.
Now you're all finished! From now on, anytime a customer cancels their subscription, you will receive a text message to your phone to alert you that the customer cancelled.
