How To Be Alerted When A Customer Cancels Their Subscription

If you'd like to be alerted of when a customer cancels their subscription, you can do this setting up a rule. Read on to learn how to setup this rule.


How to receive any alert when a customer cancels their subscription:

  1. From your Rules tab, you'll find the blue box that says 'New Cancelled Subscription Rule' and click on it.

  2. From where it says 'Thens' and has a drop down button, click there and select 'Thens'.

  3. Next, click 'Send message to somebody else'.
  4. You will now be able to enter in the message you'd like to receive when a customer cancels their subscription and the phone number that you'd like this message to go to. Then, click save.

  5. Now you're all finished! From now on, anytime a customer cancels their subscription, you will receive a text message to your phone to alert you that the customer cancelled.
