How to make a rule inactive

We recommend setting rules inactive right after you create them as you build them. That way, nothing fires for a customer when you're not expecting it. You can also make rules inactive to turn them off but not delete them.

How to make a rule inactive:

  1. Find the rule under Dashboard -> Rules
  2. In the top right corner of the rule, click "Rule Options"
  3. Uncheck the "Active" box
  4. Click "Update"
