How to edit an order after the order has been placed

After an order is paid for and/or after the cutoff time, customer's are not able to edit their order. So if an order needs to be updated, you will need to do this for them.

Edit an order after the order has been placed:

  1. From your 'Dashboard' go to the 'Activity' tab.
  2. Find the cutoff day that the customer ordered under and click the cutoff day.
  3. Find the customer's name by using "Control F". If you can't find the order, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "show more". 
  4. Click 'Edit Line Items' and make any edits and then click 'View Cart'. 
  5. Now, the order is edited. If you'd like to charge a customer for these changes, you will need to invoice them or refund them. You can reference this article for invoicing the customer and this article for refunding the customer.
