How To Cancel A Plan For A Customer

There might be times when you want to cancel a plan for a customer - this could be if they messaged in asking for all plans to be cancelled or if they would like to cancel their account altogether, in which case we encourage you to double check that they do not have any active plans on their account.

Cancel a plan for a customer:

  1. From the conversation page of the customer, click the '...' in the top right corner.
  2. Now you are in the customer's account (as though you are the customer). 
  3. Click, 'edit plan settings'.
  4. Scroll to the very bottom and click 'Cancel Plan'.
