What is Bottle Repurchase?

Bottle Repurchase allows you to send images, messages, and shopping carts over text. Using Bottle Repurchase, you can easily setup one time orders, send customers automated order reminders, create recurring orders and more. Bottle Repurchase has a backend to manage orders, customer data, generate reports and much more. Via our rules engine you are able to send data from Bottle to other systems as well. 

Bottle Repurchase Overview 

  1. What types of ordering happens with Bottle Repurchase: Bottle supports various types of ordering, ranging from one time orders to weekly subscriptions. 
  2. Your Bottle Repurchase Ordering Page: When you sign up for Bottle Repurchase you are automatically provisioned an ordering page. The ordering page URL is sendbottles.com/[BOTTLEHANDLE]. The Bottle Handle is the name that you initially signed up with and serves as your handle, username, and ordering page name. You can link to your ordering page directly from your marketing site, social handles and any other place you think appropriate. 
  3. Placing a first time order via Bottle Repurchase: When customers are ready to place their first order with Bottle Repurchase, they go to your Bottle ordering page, pick a plan, add products to their cart and check out. Once customers have placed an order, they are considered active until they cancel any active plans. 
  4. Placing the second order via Bottle Repurchase: You have the option of setting up ordering reminders for customers after they place their first order. We find that setting up ordering reminders encourage people to order more and keeps your product top of mind. 
  5. Taking orders directly from text: You have the option of taking orders directly via text using our rules and automation. 
  6. Managing the backend: The Bottle Admin Dashboard allows you to monitor orders, chat with customers, download reports and much more.
