How Bottle's Loyalty Programs Work

Loyalty programs are a great way to keep current customers ordering. Bottle’s loyalty program allows for you to create a program, and then when customers spend the loyalty program dollar amount, the system automatically adds an account credit to their account.

How Bottle's loyalty program works:

1. Every time customers order from you, the system checks to see if they meet any loyalty program requirements.
2. If the customer is eligible for a loyalty reward, then the system applies the account credit you specify to their account and also sends the customer the message you've specified for that loyalty program.
3. You can have multiple types of loyalty programs.
4. All of your customers are automatically enrolled in all of your loyalty programs, unless you specify a "Required Tag" that the customer must have in order to be a part of the loyalty program.
