How To Issue A Refund From Messenger

Issuing a refund to a specific customer is easy and occasionally necessary. Maybe the meal didn't have the right sauce when it was delivered, or maybe there was an accidental charge to the customer. 

How to issue a refund from messenger:

  1. From the customer's conversation, find the '...' in the right hand corner.

  2. Click 'Invoice'. You will now see all of the past charges and invoices for this specific customer.

  3. Find the charge that you would like to issue a refund for and click 'Refund'. 

  4. Type in the total amount you would like to refund (this could be a partial amount or the total amount charged). Hit 'Refund' once you have the total amount you'd like to refund typed in.
