How To View Past Invoices

Viewing a customer's past invoices or charges is simple and straightforward in Bottle. This can be done from the customer's conversation page. 

How to view past invoices:

  1. From the customer's conversation screen, click the '...' in the top right corner.

  2. Click 'Invoices'. From here, you will be able to see a history of all invoices and charges for a specific customer.
